  •  When choosing a branding option, it is vital that your business gift or promotional product is marked with an appropriate and sympathetic branding method. At The Corporate Gifts Company we offer state of the art computerised diamond engraving to enhance your chosen promotional item.   •  Can you engrave our logo onto the promotional gift?


    • Yes, all we require is a reasonably high resolution image file, emailed or uploaded to us.

  •  Will The Corporate Gifts Company provide a proof?


    • We ensure you are happy with our 'interpretation' of your logo by sending you a proof for your approval. This is usually sent by fax or email, and then must be signed off by you before we commence with any engraving or branding on your corporate gift. Should an actual physical proof be required there is no cost as a pre-production sample is sent as a matter of course, but an order must be already placed for us to provide this service - this item if approved will become part of the main order.

  •  What format and resolution should my artwork be?


    • Logos should be uploaded at time of order, or emailed, as a 300dpi image file. We can work with most resolutions / formats, but a 300dpi JPG or EPS (preferably vectorised) image is best. Please note: there may be some restrictions to the possibility of a logo's engraving. For example gradients cannot be engraved.

  •  What is the minimum branded quantity I can order?


    • The minimum quantity you need to order to have most gifts branded is 10 items.

  •  How long does it take to brand our order?


    • Silver plated and leather gifts are usually branded within 1 working week (subject to stock) - sometimes the lead-time can be as little as 2 days. We use embossing machines and computer controlled diamond engraving machines to personalise your gifts in the fastest time possible.
    USB flash drives, clothing and computer peripherals may take 2-4 weeks to be branded.

  •  Can you engrave single items?


    • Yes, we can provide you with single and low quantity personalised gifts - CONTACT US for our single engraved gifts page.

  •  What fonts can I specify for a 'text' engraving?


    • We have a range of fonts for use when engraving 'text only' messages. You specify which commonly used font you wish to engrave in.

  •  What is the maximum branding area?


    • Obviously this depends on the item, but our standard branding area is 25mm x 25mm. larger engravings are often possible on some items and we can quote you for this if required.

  •  Can I have individual names or messages engraved on my gifts?


    • Yes you can, engraved individual names / details on items (such as awards) costs £1 / item. (Contact us if this is required).
