PACKAGING
Most of our promotional products come in an attractive gift box like the example on the right - this is a rigid black gloss two piece presentation gift box. This type of box can be embossed in silver to further enhance your promotion. This means that not only does your company have a fantastic business gift which they are able to promote thier company with but they also get a fantastic promotional box which can be imprinted with your promotional logo to ensure your company is seen where ever and by who ever your company decides to promote to. Some products are packaged differently; so please be sure to ask about packaging when you ring the corporate gifts co about your promotional gift. We try and make sure all the gifts come with packaging described but sometimes it just isn't possible due to new boxes that are imported and various other reasons.
When you have created your special business gift you need to be sure you have a special box or some sort of promotional packaging which will match and help your business be seen this is why we offer special promotional boxes which can be bought and imprinted for an extra cost to make sure you have the best promotional campaign.
As standard, our boxes come branded with our Maze Brand, usually discreetly on the base of the box. If you would like to check this for the products you are ordering or interested in, or if you would like your packaging without the "Maze" logo, please CONTACT US and make sure that the box or corporate gift you require does or doesn't have the "Maze" logo branded on it. we can of course package your promotional gift in a completely standard box if this is what your company requires.

PROMOTIONAL SAMPLES
It is the Corporate Gifts Co's policy to charge for samples, if they are returned within 4 weeks in a re-saleable condition the cost will be credited to any subsequent orders. Samples are a good way for a company to see how they could promote using a business gift and how effective that promotional item would be for there campaign.
A company can request any promotional item as a sample and it will be charge to you before it is dispatched. If you need any more help or information on this then please CONTACT US so we can advise what the best way to go about sending out a promotional item would be.
DELIVERY COSTS
Most UK orders cost £12:95 to be delivered. Other destinations will be quoted for on an Ad Hoc basis with regards to quantities and weight. No matter where your company or promotional item needs to go or be delivered to we can get a quote within hours to save you the hassle and bother of approaching couriers.

DELIVERY TIMES
Retail purchases of single plain items purchased from the website are usually sent the within 2-3 working days*. Retail orders for UK delivery are made using the first class Royal Mail's postal service.
Corporate orders will be allocated a delivery date when ordering or requesting a quote. Usually lead-times are 5-10 working days for engraved in-stock items. Non-engraved corporate orders can be delivered within 2-3 working days*.
Wholesale orders usually take approximately 6-8 weeks. Wholesale orders are done on an individual basis, so times may vary.
Corporate / Wholesale - International deliveries are usually made using UPS 2/3 day service*.
Corporate / Wholesale - UK deliveries are made using next day courier*.
*Stock levels permitting
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer several different payment options. We prefer orders to be purchased from the websites e-commerce facility. We use the SECURE 3rd party credit card processing facilities WorldPay and PayPal.
You can also request for an invoice to be sent to you.
Wholesale orders must have pre-arranged payment methods that our sales team can arrange.
Corporate clients can apply for an account with us for ease of payment. Contact our sales team for more information.
All international clients must pay for ANY goods ordered in full before any branding is done or delivery is made.
