“No” isn’t a dirty word…

We sometimes have to say “no” to work… “Are you mad?” I hear you say, let me explain…

This occasionally happens when a client comes to us with a request for a particular product or branding method that we feel there is a chance of the job not being achieved for a required delivery date or to the client’s expectations.

Because we diamond engrave, emboss and sublimate in-house we have complete control on 95% of our branding needs. This fact inherently eliminates the inevitable issues that potentially arise when using subcontractors, such as miscommunication or delivery failures.

Issues that do arise are always due to extraneous factors such as; a 3rd party branding companies, possible customs delays or uncommunicated, unrealistic expectations. In these instances we take pains to explain everything to the client and actually refuse to take the job, we’d rather not have the work than risk letting the client down when they’ve trusted us, due to factors beyond our control.

This integrity has seen us well in the past, it proves to potential and existing clients that we simply will not take the money and hope for the best.

In the industry we hear horror stories of end users being left out to dry by our some of our nameless competitors. The subsequent detrimental negative stigma that consequently effects the whole industry, make us even more adamant to differentiate ourselves from those sorts of companies by remaining stolid in our business integrity.

Use a company you can trust.
