Promotional Product Samples
It is the Corporate Gifts Company's policy to charge for samples (if an accompanying order isn't placed), if they are returned within 4 weeks in a re-saleable condition the cost will be credited. Samples are a good way for a company to see how they could promote using a business gift and how effective that promotional item would be for their campaign. A company can request any promotional item as a sample and it will be charged to you before it is dispatched. If you need any more help or information on this then please contact us so we can advise what the best way to go about sending out a promotional item would be. Pre-Production samples are FREE (this means that a branded product is sent to you for free once the order is placed and paid for). If approved this unit becomes part of the main order.
All UK mainland deliveries are free of charge. Other destinations will be quoted for on an Ad Hoc basis with regards to quantities and weight. No matter where your company or promotional item needs to go or be delivered to we can get a quote within hours to save you the hassle of approaching couriers. Retail purchases of single plain items purchased from the website are usually sent the within 2-3 working days*. Retail orders for UK delivery are made using the first class Royal Mail's postal service. Corporate orders will be allocated a delivery date when ordering or requesting a quote. Usually lead-times are 5-7 working days for engraved in-stock items. Non-engraved corporate orders can be delivered within 2-3 working days*. Wholesale orders usually take approximately 6-8 weeks. Wholesale orders are done on an individual basis, so times may vary. Corporate / Wholesale - International deliveries are usually made using UPS 2/3 day service*. Corporate / Wholesale - UK deliveries are made using next day courier*. *Stock levels permitting

You can also request for an invoice to be sent to you. Wholesale orders must have pre-arranged payment methods that our sales team can arrange.
